The project consisted of a turnkey luxury resort with 47 villas, including 3-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 1-bedroom villas, distributed across two wings: the north wing and the south wing.
Each wing includes a pavilion building, back-of-house building, kitchen, and restaurants including equipment setup. The works included structural works, high finishing materials, swimming pools, MEP, HVAC, BMS, security system, SPA facilities, secondary infrastructure, all connections, tanks, and biofilter facilities.
The project scope covered turnkey construction and delivery works for a luxury resort in Al Ula City.
