The project involved the turnkey construction of the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Amman, Jordan. The development includes an employees’ camp, an office complex, and a consulate department, with a total built-up area of 36,000 square metres.
The works included excavation, structural and concrete works, masonry, high-quality finishing, complete electromechanical systems, HVAC, firefighting systems, chillers, security and television systems, landscaping, and associated works.
The project scope covered the complete turnkey construction and delivery of the Royal Embassy facilities and their associated technical and external works.
