The project involved the construction of Madinah Al Munawarah’s first industrial city. The scope included extensive site development works, with more than 1,200,000 m³ of excavation and over 1,000,000 m³ of backfilling.
The works also included the construction of reinforced concrete culverts with two, three, and four openings, asphalt works, electrical utilities, telephone communication systems, drainage systems, and open channels.
The project covered major civil, infrastructure, and utility works required for the development of the first industrial city in Madinah Al Munawarah.
