Project Description

The project involved a prefabricated buildings complex consisting of 4 major zones and over 48 buildings on a 272,600 m² land mass. The complex was used to support SADARA manufacturing and engineering personnel from initial mobilization through demobilization upon completion of the associated plant construction.
The works were delivered as an EPC project within a 7-month congested timeframe, with non-stop and parallel activities to meet the project deadline. The work included LV power network, potable, fire, and sanitary water networks, communication network, land development, massive asphalted parking areas, and complete infrastructure works.
