The project involved the turnkey construction of STAR Company accommodation, including a 1,000-workers camp in Dammam, KSA.
The scope included site preparation, excavation, reinforced concrete works, water well, R.O. and STP plants, a 12,000 m² multi-storey accommodation building, recreation building, mosque, fencing works, finishing works, and outside electrical, sewer, water, and fire networks.
