The project involved the construction of site facilities for Sinopec and Saudi Aramco on a 45,500 m² land area.
The works included site preparation, fences and gates, asphalt and walkways, 5,500 m² office buildings for Saudi Aramco and Sinopec team, furniture and HVAC, and complete utilities consisting of water networks, firefighting networks, power networks, fire alarm system, piping, tanks, cables, lighting, generators, pumps, and related works.
The project also included the construction of 2,000 m² steel-structure warehouses with site preparation, fences and gates, asphalt and walkways, furniture, HVAC, and complete utility networks.
